Seeing the evolution of payroll projects becoming the backbone of large-scale transformation the responsibilities on payroll teams can be significant, and setting up projects for success is not an easy task.

Getting a project to Go Live is only the beginning, and ensuring that all design decisions along the way create a sustainable, compliant and manageable solution for all teams is really important. Working with the PMO, Steering Committees and PCBs Teneille can articulate key issues, critical paths and hit targets.

Andrea Chwalko

Co-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Andrea has been involved in significant Payroll projects in her career. With system changes driven for compliance, out of necessity, or in transformation Andrea has hands on experience from inception to BAU on Payroll, WFM and HCM projects.

With a keen focus on testing and configuration against compliant outcomes, Andrea will bring a new level of attention to detail and reasoning to a project that is only achieved by true hands on project experience. With a focus on building relationships with payroll teams Andrea can support through the very hands on, knowledge building, process development, embedded audit and support through BAU. This is where the true value comes on bringing external support onboard.

Working with a variety of industry verticals, vendor platforms, underpinning legislation, global and labour hire businesses, Andrea can easily devise what good looks like for payroll outcomes with your team.

 
 
 
 

Jake Ward

Business Analyst

Jake has built a strong track record throughout his career to make data meaningful. He has a passion for taking information and establishing strategies to plan, improve operational efficiencies and solve problems.

Understanding that the way business systems are structured and designed to store data and information, Jake balances the data with engaging meaningful conversations with all stakeholders within our technology projects, enabling requirement scoping and design to ensure successful project outcomes. 

With experience across insurance, global retail and most recently moving to consulting on technology roadmaps, Jake has a strong interest in solving problems through innovation.

 
 
 
 

Amber Pino

Junior Business Analyst

Amber brings qualifications in Applied Psychology and 10 years experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR advisory.

Coming from a leading retailer, Amber has a key eye for detail in making processes and procedure sustainable, whilst understanding the importance of the employee experience throughout. With the ability to coach and guide line managers and tie transactional results back to policy and process, Amber provides a unique skillset to out team.

Amber has exposure to a recent Oracle HCM project from design to end user within the recruitment and onboarding, with understanding of pain points and solutions.

Amber is currently gaining exposure with multiple clients, particularly focusing on the design and analysis of pain points and problems to help lead solutions – including Recruitment/Onboarding projects, T&A, contracts and policies.

 
 

Hannah Stewart

Strategic Communications Partner

Hannah holds an undergraduate degree in Communications and has experience in payroll administration and intellectual property within the retail sector.

In her most recent role on the internal communications team for the NDIS, Hannah specialised in creating accessible content and effectively communicating complex information to diverse audiences.

With her understanding of payroll complexities and the importance of stakeholder management, Hannah is dedicated to expanding TPICO’s reach and client portfolio.
